Since 1988, the structural engineering division of Rubicon has been led by Dr. Vida Tarassoly, a licensed civil and structural engineer, a registered contractor (A&B licenses and Hazmat certified), and an attorney in the state of California. Our engineers are proficient in structural and seismic design and retrofit of various types of structures in the earthquake-prone state of California. Our senior staff members provide legal expert reviews and opinions in the areas of structural design deficiencies, constructability, and construction defects.
